WE CAN REPAIR YOUR BROKEN FISHING ROD.  TIP AND GUIDES REPLACED, CORK HANDLE REPLACEMENTS AND MORE.  IN MOST CASES WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE ROD TO CONFIRM THAT WE CAN FIX IT COST EFFECTIVELY.

In certain cases we must test your item in order to isolate the problem and/or to estimate a repair price.
Items left/sent for service require a deposit be paid prior to any work being done. These deposits are credited to the final invoice amount.

We trust that our years of hands on experience, coupled with the factory training our technicians receive, will help us solve your equipment problems.

Please understand that repair/replacement parts may not be available for certain makes or models. It is suggested to call/e-mail us before driving any significant distance or prior to sending an item to be sure that what you need is available.

If your item is to be serviced under a manufacturer's warranty you must state that and also include "proof" of the purchase date. Some of the companies we work for require that you send return postage, so make sure of what your warranty covers before sending the item. Warranty repair does not cover accidental damage or abuse. If you dropped it and now it doesn't work that's not a warranty issue. If the item is not covered by warranty, you will be responsible for the repair and shipping costs. If there is any doubt, call/e-mail before sending your item.

We don't want to sound mercenary, but believe it's important that we both know what is expected of each other. The companies we represent for warranty repair, place us under certain restrictions. In cases, we must supply your proof of purchase information to the company. Replacement parts can not be issued as warranty items, they must be installed.
